To have an inheritance in the kingdom of God, you must:
Follow God as dear children – like a child follows his dad (v. 1)
Walk in love (v. 2) – there’s no profit if you don’t 1 Cor 13 – walking in love stems from Rom 12:1-2
Keep from the Sins that cause you to lose your inheritance (v. 3-5) – there is a major difference between inheriting in the kingdom of God and being saved. When you are saved, you become a child of God – all children go to heaven but not all children will receive an inheritance.
